Condition: Items must be returned in their original, unused condition, including packaging.
Faulty Items: If an item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us immediately for a swift resolution.
Process: To initiate a return, contact our customer service. Note that return shipping costs may apply, except for faulty items.
Refunds and Exchanges: Upon receiving your return, we’ll process your refund or exchange. Refunds are credited to the original payment method.
Exceptions: Some items may not be returnable due to hygiene or clearance sale reasons.
Shipping Protection: This is a non-refundable fee once purchased, as this is paid forward to the logistics company as package insurance.
