We no longer process returns:
Damaged/faulty items will be refunded or exchanged as long as sufficient photo evidence is provided.
Time Frame: You have 30 days from the date of purchase to submit evidence of the damaged or faulty item.
Faulty Items: If an item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us immediately for a swift resolution.
Process: To be refunded or exchanged you must provide photo evidence of the faulty or damaged products.
Refunds and Exchanges: Upon inspecting the evidence we’ll process your refund or exchange. Refunds are credited to the original payment method.
Shipping Protection: This is a non-refundable fee once purchased, as this is paid forward to the logistics company as package insurance.

Your order will be processed within 2-5 days, followed by shipping times of 5-14 days.
Please note that these are buisness days and we do not process/ship orders over the weekend.
You'll receive more specific delivery details in your fulfillment email update letting you know that your order has been shipped out.
Depending on what is ordered, Your order may be split into separate packages.
